Namaste Yoga Workshop with Ms. Adrienne

Come play the yoga way! Young yogis will learn how to use the power of their breath to relieve stress and focus their minds and bodies. We will practice the physical yoga asanas, make yoga crafts, and learn to eat mindfully. We will also read stories, sing yoga songs, and play simple--yet magical--musical instruments.


Learn: How to bend, stretch, and breath the yoga way
Bring: A yoga mat (we’ll keep it here for the week), a small glass jar with sealing lid, and water bottle
Wear: Comfortable clothes for stretching and bending--shorts preferred to skirts
Make: Yoga crafts
Take: A warm heart and skills to last a lifetime


Drop-off and pick-up in the carpool loop.
