High School Volleyball Camp (Girls)

Campers playing volleyball

Are you serious about playing on your JV or Varsity team and continuing to improve your volleyball skills? Possibly preparing for a collegiate playing career? This camp is for you! Directed by Emily Carrara, this camp is for players intent on maximizing their volleyball potential and building a stronger love and passion for the game. Emily is currently the Director of Volleyball at Providence Day School and has been a Charger since 2014. She has six years of collegiate coaching experience as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Davidson College and Queens University of Charlotte. This camp's coaching staff has historically been comprised of collegiate assistant coaches, 3 high school coach-of-the-year recipients, and 2 All American Volleyball Players. As a result of such a talented staff, this camp has proudly trained 6 division I volleyball players, 3 division II volleyball players and 1 division III volleyball player! Players whose goals are to improve their technique and tactical knowledge will find this to be a challenging and rigorous program with excellent competition and outstanding instruction! Each camper will receive hundreds of repetitions at each skill and competitive opportunities to put these skills to the test. Campers will experience 15 total hours of volleyball training over the five days of camp. Advice on nutrition, college recruiting, off-season training, and goal setting will also be a part of the camp’s curriculum. Video recording will be used for instant feedback and development. All these tools are used to prepare players for a standout high school career and potential collegiate future! Campers should bring a water bottle. Drop off and pick up at the MAC.
