CK's Kids TV

Lights! Camera! Action! Does your child dream of starring in their favorite TV show? They’ll write scripts, act, and learn TV lingo to create their own shows and commercials. Campers will learn about story structure and elements as they write their own commercials, sitcoms, and even news broadcasts. Campers will practice acting techniques and make choices about scenery and costumes during the production of their television works. Campers will brainstorm, write and create commercials, sitcoms, new shows and even dramas to be filmed throughout the week and shared digitally as a keepsake. And that’s a wrap!

The CK visual arts camps give campers the opportunity to imagine, create and explore using a wide variety of art mediums. Participation in visual arts activities promotes communication skills, encourages cognitive development, enriches cultural knowledge, integrates emotional development, and helps campers master fine motor skills. Campers learn art techniques specific to the camp theme, practice these techniques, and produce art projects that campers take home and share with their families.
