CK's Chills and Thrills

Most acting students would agree that one of the favorite things about Drama Class is the GAMES! Join us for this interactive week of theatre games. We’ll play classics like Night at the Museum and Bus Stop and learn so many more while honing our acting skills. These challenges will help young actors concentrate, think on their feet, be an awesome acting partner, and build the self-confidence all performers need.

In CK’s performing arts camps, kids learn acting and musical theatre fundamentals that all performers need to be successful. They learn character development, blocking terminology, how to analyze different theatrical texts, and acting techniques. Some camps also include choreography and singing.

CreativeKids has been a trusted camp partner of Providence Day Summer Programs since 1996. Owner and creative director Brooke Fulton has directed PDS’ annual Lower School musical since 2016. With a BFA in Theatre from Auburn University and an MFA from The University of Southern Mississippi, Ms. Fulton has been teaching theatre since 2004 and was a finalist for CMS Teacher of the Year in 2013. Her staff of artists, choreographers, and theater professionals bring the arts alive during the summer for campers of all ages.
