CK's Animation Station

Do you love cartoons? Create your own professional cartoons during this fun, animated week of creation. Campers will explore different types of animation: traditional, 2D Vector-based, 3D computer, motion graphic and stop motion. Learning this week will involve sketching, working with technology and even sculpting. Story creation and structure will be key as we make sure our animation entertains an audience. Campers will have digital access to their animated creations at the end of this week of wonder!

The CK visual arts camps give campers the opportunity to imagine, create and explore using a wide variety of art mediums. Participation in visual arts activities promotes communication skills, encourages cognitive development, enriches cultural knowledge, integrates emotional development and helps campers master fine motor skills. Campers will learn art techniques specific to the camp theme, practice these techniques and produce art projects that campers will take home and share with their families.
