LEGO Camp - Something to Build On - NEW CAMP

Do you enjoy building and playing with LEGO? Creating and designing? This is the camp for you! Campers will test the limits of their imaginations and gain new skills as they design and build a variety of LEGO structures. Challenges and games will keep them on their toes: how tall can they build? How strong is their creation? Each day, campers will begin by building pre-engineered sets; after a snack break, campers will be pushed to create new structures and games. On Friday each camper will receive a small LEGO set of their own to keep and will be tasked with creating a world with all of the LEGO that complements their set. Challenges include building tops, LEGO launchers, creative creatures, cranes, catapults, and more!

LEGOs are more than just fun:
LEGO promotes fine motor skills
LEGO encourages teamwork
LEGO improves creativity
LEGO develops problem solving and mathematical thinking
LEGO improves communication skills
LEGO develops persistence
LEGO develops lateral thinking and planning skills
