CK's Camp Friendship

In this week-long celebration of friendship, we will explore stories about best friends like Toot and Puddle and Frog and Toad. Campers will learn about the qualities friends possess and how to be a good friend to others. We will practice positive social skills, sharing, empathy and kindness and have so much fun along the way. Campers will learn to identify character traits that make a good friend and explore conflict-resolution when problems arise with friends. Campers will enjoy a new story about friendship every day. The story of the day will be explored using creative dramatic role play. They will also have a chance to make up their own creative stories. Campers will create a craft to match the story of the day and participate in games that reinforce the camp theme. Campers will end the week with a Sharing for their parents and friends.
