Camp Detail

Middle School Volleyball Camp

This camp is designed for athletes of all levels who are interested in the sport of volleyball. Emphasis will be given on the basic fundamental skills of the game (serving, passing, and setting), and conditioning drills will help players create the muscle memory needed for many of these skills. This includes approach footwork, swing training, and creating the proper platform necessary for passing. For intermediate and advanced players, we will focus on reps to increase players’ ability to control ball placement and consistency of basic skills while analyzing various strategies of the game. Volleyball is a team sport, and our coaches will lead by example to instill a team atmosphere amongst the campers. Covid guidelines will be implemented based on school guidelines that come out as we approach the camp dates. Campers should bring a labeled water bottle and knee pads.
