Singing, crafting, catching, coding…
Kids discover their passions among our exciting camps and academic courses. To assist with scheduling, you can print our planner and fill in the sessions with your child’s favorites.
Here’s a summary of each category:
While kids wait for their favorite camps to start up here in July, Summer at Providence Day is offering a limited selection of virtual programming during June. Each program has been carefully designed to engage your camper with stimulating activities and personal interaction with our top-notch teachers. If your child can’t attend summer camp in person, this is the next-best thing! Space is limited, so register today!
Pursue your favorite sport at Camp Chargers! Campers engage their minds AND bodies as they learn the rules of the game, good sportsmanship, perseverance, and other positive traits of winning athletes. Many of our camps are taught by PD’s champion coaches. Come join them and see how the PD Chargers do it! T-shirts included for all Camp Chargers campers.
PD Academy offers fully-accredited academic programs for middle and high school students, many of which satisfy semester or year credit. This is where you’ll find math, global studies, physical education, and more. Students should check transferability of credits with their school before registering. Courses scheduled to begin in June will start online and then transition to campus on July 6. Full information will be sent home prior to the start of the course. Students must provide their own devices and internet access to attend any virtual courses. We will take a day off on July 3 in observance of Independence Day.
PLEASE NOTE: Auditions for this summer’s CreativeKids production camps were originally scheduled to take place May 2-3 on campus. Due to the current health situation, in-person auditions have been postponed. Once we have more clarity from the governor regarding summer camp, information regarding auditions will be posted here. Please check back after May 8.
Specialty camps allow kids to focus on a particular area of interest at a summer-relaxed pace. No tests or quizzes, but plenty of “ah-ha!” moments that punctuate each camp. The variety of subjects offered means kids can try something new each week. Specialty Camps are grouped into several areas of interest allowing you to search for the right program using the filtering tools. We will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.
